Fort Hood gunman Maj. Nisdal Hasan, who recently lost a bid to have the death penalty thrown out in his mass murder case, is now asking that his court martial be held somewhere other than at the central Texas Army post, 1200 WOAI news has learned....
...Osborn also declined to remove the death penalty from consideration, meaning Hasan will not be allowed to plead guilty, something his lawyers had indicated he was prepared to do. Guilty pleas are not allowed to capital crimes under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
We'll see how this plays out.
My theory is that he is being kept fat and healthy (despite his wound, which he unfortunately survived) in luxurious accommodations, waiting for Obama’s “brothers” to kidnap a high profile American (or group of them) so that a “hostage exchange” can be arranged, repatriating both Hasan and the “Blind Sheik” who masterminded the first Trade Center bombing to a hero’s welcome back in Pakistan.
I suspect that both the Bengazi and later Gas plant attacks were supposed to be a hostage - gathering operations to facilitate such a deal - which is why American military back up was conspicuous by it’s absence - held back by orders from the highest levels in the case of Bengazi, as many of us recall but the MSM has virtually scrubbed.
Things didn’t go as planned and hostages either got away or were killed in stead.
We can count on continued attacks until they succeed in capturing some high value hostages, and soon thereafter Hasan and the Sheik will be home reaping the rich rewards of their Jihad.
I fully expect Hasan to continue to receive his full military pay and or pension while he lives out his life in Islamic celebrity - probably in Pakistan, our dubious (at best) “ally”.
Just pardoning and repatriating his brothers in jihad, even on “humanitarian grounds” like the Locherbie bomber, would be too obvious for Barry, so he I opine that he is working on an arranged, theatrical alternative.
Mass murdering Terrorists will be rewarded while the Paki Doctor who dimed out Bin Laden rots in a hell hole prison, and our regime could care less.

Have you noticed that the female security officer who finally brought Hasan down is now out of a job and on hard times? I’m a little surprised that she’s still alive, and wonder how long she will last until “something happens to her” or she is driven to suicide? Hajis have long memories and like to get even on those who resist Islam.
One of those faithful and vindictive Hadjis, IMHO, sits upon the throne in Washington.
Tribulation will surely come when the Caliphate conquers and rules over all humanity....... and I can smell it coming right around the corner.
