Canada should assemble a group of people, call it a court, and try all the judges, officers and jurors of the International Court with crimes against Canada, and let the verdict be the death sentence.
Track each and everyone down, and serve them papers right where they are.

In the course of my geneology research I found on distant relative who was captured and enslaved by the indians twice before deciding to go live with them on his own in upstate NY in the late 1600s to early 1700s.
It appears that he founded a town populated primarily by indians living in a standard European style town with wood frame house and all. They saw a better way of living and went with it.
Did they explain who they are to be making conclusion and who was going to take these peoples place?
The alleged crimes occurred before the lifetimes of the named principals, and the goal appears to be the confiscation of assets, not "justice".

This article claims to cite the International Common Law Court of Justice. It does not. The link is instead to the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State. The misattribution has caused severe confusion, since the former poses a serious threat to American independence, while the latter is a sill band of serious, but ridiculous nut cases with no authority from any source, other than their own delusions and pretensions.

I do not think that these people were in power when these so-called atrocities were committed. It would be like charging Barack Obama and Chuck Hagel for the internment of civilians during the Second World War. I think that the real reason that this ‘court’ found the Queen, the Prime minister of Canada and the Pope Emeritus guilty is that they are part of the power structure this person wants to dismantle.
