We must strive to get those squish people in the middle who have no real convictions by circumventing ours - makes perfect sense.

You and I both have the same convictions that abortion is wrong and should never be permitted.

But we have different convictions about whether it is currently Constitutional. I hold that it is, and can therefore be legally prohibited on a national scale only by amending the Constitution.

And I will not accept being called a pro-abort because I have a different view of the Constitution.
