Perry had had back surgery and he couldn't do his recovery without pain pills ~ and I"d just bet he didn't do that surgery without antesthesia ~ like I would have ~ it's so infrequently you get to experience exquisite pain a man would be a fool to give it up eh!

His problem was pretty apparent ~ he just couldn't keep his mind straight. That's always a bad sign in a candidate or President of course.
