Who is the top dog that issued this Unconstitutional demand? That would be Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, AKA Barry Soweto, AKA POTUS. I'd give you a date of birth to help you determine exactly with whom you may be dealing, but the accounts of his birth seem to be unsupported by accurate birth records.
