Looks like no one who values the Bill of Rights should expect fair treatment from the government, especially if expecting an entitlement.
Here are a few clues -the VA is under the federal Executive; The right to bear arms e.g. the right to defend your life and property is a God given right NOT a government granted privilege; rights can not be taken away without due process.
