There is a higher risk in some patients for this especially ones who suffer neurological disorders which can contribute to depression and anxiety to start with. Here is a side affect you likely never heard of and Paxil is the worse for it. In males it can block your bladder. No joke not making it up been there, done that, & had a catheter nearly two weeks till the stuff left my bloodstream. This causes a condition where you don't have too much time to act called Dysreflexia. Basically it's shock and can lead to stroke and death.
