Oops, I should have made that clear,

Obama = “Equal Opportunity” poster child, completely empty of substance. Not saying all college graduate blacks are like him, but it's enough to case some shadow of a doubt.

Only large corporation/government entities need to maintain their racial ‘equal employment opportunity’ quota, not when you are a small business owner hiring.
