Commie Dem POLs truly believe their cause is so right they are above the law.
That is why the idea of a Constituional restraint on the Federal Government is so repugnant to them.

The ruling elite IS above the laws that they make for the ordinary herd. Enforcement IS selective - the ruling elite and the politically correct are exempt from enforcement of the law.
