He's got it backwards. Because the Black community has been historically kept from having guns, they have more crime than White communities.

This is good news. We deplore inner city crime and dependency and this would be a crack in the machine. Freedom under the 2d amendment is for all of us.

The only way to have civility is to increase the risk of incivility. Give the law-abiding citizens in these black communities more guns. That increases the risk for those criminal gutter snipes to engage in uncivil behavior like taking shots at innocent bank tellers or innocent people on the sidewalk. Why engage in risky behavior that elicits a reaction causing hot lead to enter your heart? Fear of the hot lead makes gutter snipes into choir boys.
