Putting aside the fact that SCOTUS rulings would stop a band, no way that would get through the Senate and CERTAINLY not the House.

You think SCOTUS rulings will save us? The same SCOTUS with Sotomeyer and Kagan and at least one more far-leftwing nutbag to be named later when Ginsberg dies or retires? The same SCOTUS that just ruled that a federal takeover of our entire healthcare system was constitutional, with both the Pro and Con arguments written by the same guy - you know, the guy that was supposed to be the conservative Chief Justice? The same SCOTUS that refuses to review Obama eligibility?

Oh, you mean the Senate wouldn't allow this - the same Senate dominated by leftwing nutbag Democrats for years, where even the Republicans are liberal? Or is it the House that will save us, with the courageous John Boehner leading the charge against the extreme leftwing agenda of the Obama regime, just like he did with gays in the military, Obamacare, and the debt ceiling?

With all due respect, you need to wake up. Our government is corrupt from the floor to the ceiling. There is no branch left that gives a damn about the rule of law. Neither the SCOTUS, nor the Senate, nor the House will save us.
