FYI, The newest on Supreme Court and Clean Air Act -

Court won't hear challenge to Clean Air Act rule

In this case, it is the limit on sulfur dioxide emissions, involved with coal power plant industries.

(quote) Several corporations and industrial associations along with several states say that EPA's required emission levels are lower than mandated by law to protect public health. But the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit refused to overturn the EPA's decision.

The justices refused to reconsider that ruling.(unquote)

That is exactly how the envionazis are going to attack it. Pressure EPA to issue new limits lower than mandated by law. Congress and people's representations can do circus shows, they are totally irrelevant.

Republican controlled House supposedly can not fund any agency, but that's just a pipe dream.

In effect, we now have only one branch of the government.

The (Imperial) Executive Branch and their minions.
