Of course that isn’t the pledge.
I didn’t watch this fiasco, but did they actually not cite the real pledge?
When you're a minion of the devil, like Hussein 0bama, the mere mention of The Almighty's Name causes pain!
I didn't waste my time watching the kenyan commie's coronation, but I'd bet having his hand on a Bible caused a severe burning sensation.
Not only was the Pledge authored by a socialist, but using terms like "one Nation" and "indivisible," the Pledge is arguably pro-big federal government, anti-state sovereignty progaganda.
In fact, Thomas Jefferson had made the following interesting remark about how citizens should regard the states versus the nation.
"The true theory of our Constitution is surely the wisest and best, that the States are independent as to everything within themselves, and united as to everything respecting foreign nations." --Thomas Jefferson to Gideon Granger, 1800.
Actually, when I learned it “under God” wasn’t in it. (Not to date myself or anything.) I still stumble a bit when I get there. Not that I have a problem with it. I think it was either ‘54 or ‘56 when it was placed in.
Molon labe.
