There's a reason Houston keeps expanding. You found it.
Had a similar problem, years ago. My roommate went outside, and spent a long time cleaning his firearms. For some strange reason, that was the end of the problem.
I just wanted to ask, are you trolling for racist comments?
Oh how stupid, apparently it costs $72 to file for an eviction. Tell him to get on it.

Oh this is easy. If they have to get up early you make a lot of noise about 2 hours after the turn out the lights. Try parking in front of their place and just sporadically honk the horn.
When they complain let them know that you will stop the game when their son discovers how to play his stereo at an acceptable level.
?
Go away. their race has nothing to do with them being deadbeats.
Given that it costs thousands to repair a vandalized house, he may hang on until they leave voluntarily.
I suggest video cameo with good long range. Good logs on time. Try not to let them see you recording them.
You don’t get it. Laws are for American citizens not illegals. They don’t have to obey the law. We have a similar situation next door to us. We would like to say “Gas can meet match” but that would be a hate crime so we are moving 95 miles north where the demographics are different.
My experience has been, whether the neighbor is white, black, or hispanic, the police will have a word with them about disturbing the peace. Forget about the marijuana, though, personal stash isn’t worth the cops’ trouble.
When did Mexican become a race?
I was talking to a Hispanic friend of mine not long ago. He was complaining about his new, Hispanic neighbors playing “their GD salsa music” too loud late at night.
The most racist comments I ever heard about Hispanics were from other Hispanics.
Actually there is no such thing as a race.
Salsa, I can stand. Rap is tuneless and loud even when it's played softly.
Alot of cities have laws where if the police are called out repeatedly, say 10 times in one year, then the property owner pays a fine.
Additionally, many city police departments allow calls for disturbances caused by neighbors to be made anonymously, in other words you dont state your name and address to the dispatcher. If they are not made anonymously, the police officers will usually point to the address that made the complaint, causing friction, aggravation and vandalism towards you. The cop does this to play ‘nice cop’ with the disturbers and cajoles them into quieting down for his sake, and the calling neighbor is the bad person.
Additionally, if you can follow this route, you go to the police station, collect all 9 or 10 instances/log reports, keep track of times/dates, then mail them off to the property owner with a copy of the law and fine.Hopefully before a fine is due!
Of course, this all works pretty good if you have neighbors on your side who are willing to help and make calls also, diffusing one person from being a target.
If your friend neighbors or the law are not as I described above.
Fuhhhhggget About It!
