And BTW, Mike Zullo confirmed with me, in a recent telephone conversation, that he spoke with that same woman when he was attempting to get clarity on the VSIM and the codes. When I mentioned her attitude to him, he said,”That sounds like the same woman, Stephanie”.
You are obviously free to contact him to verify this.
There is a lot more obviously, as I do save nearly every correspondence. It’s what even an amateur researcher always does - it’s all important, even the correspondence that yields nothing. But this should suffice to show to you, who so demands that I prove I save such things, that I do indeed.
If they just sent you an attachment, then it could have been created or doctored recently. Youve been broadcasting that you wanted to find such a document, so this gave whomever might be involved, time to prepare something. Didnt the Daily Pen people tell you go to your state health department??
I don't know how long before this e-mail you posted you made your request. If it was longer than a couple of days prior, then it gave Stephanie or whomever at the CDC time to "prepare" (or alter/doctor) the manual. I also pointed out that your VSIM is dated AFTER Obama was born. Now, you said at your blog that you're only interested in the truth, but you don't seem to want to acknowledge that the date of this manual is a problem. The race classifications in the natality reports changed between 1960 and 1961 and the classifications in the VSIM you posted do NOT jibe with those reports. Self-classified Africans born outside the were not classified in those reports as "other nonwhite" as the manual instructs. This is a problem.
And further, this VSIM says that it's designed for coding birth certificates AFTER they are received from the states. Obama's alleged LFBC is from the state of Hawaii, not from the CDC, so there's no way to know if the VSIM has ANY bearing on these codes. Corsi may not be any more accurate than you are, but it's not because you got Stephanie Ventura to e-mail you a PDF.
