If that document should turn out to be genuine, there's only one child to whom it would apply, and that's a son of the kenyan student, who wasn't the father of zero...and as Stanley Ann Dunham wasn't the mother of the boy in the family group I posted earlier, that document is as usefull as teats on a bull imo.
Here's a sample document from the UK, the Kenyan format follows:
And as you can see, it's not a birth certificate unless there's a declaration and seal.
Read it for yourself.
It states:
THIS DOCUMENT certifies and affirms that the registrant is a native-borne citizen of the Kenya Colony of the United Kingdom, and is duly a subject of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
Certified and affirmed by Her Majesty's Office of Vital Documents for Kenya Colony, municipality of Nairobi.
It is a CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH from the KENYA COLONY for Bartack Hussein Obama (item 2), male sex (item 3), father Barack Hussein Obama, Sr (item 4), mother Stanley Ann Dunham (item 5), born on Aug 4, 1961 in Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa ( 2nd line of top box).
This document was filled out and sent to Great Britain (the United Kingdom).
Your sample document is not from the 1961 time frame, but a much later date.
