The Birther Report has now edited the article to remove attribution of the Ancestors.com find from Taitz.
In addition to the clarifying comment on that site in comment #45 of this thread, an additional comment from “Leslie” (working with Albert Hendershot) has been posted:

I find it very ironic that only three or four days after I received my last response to my FOIA that she would be jumping on this info. The census has been online since Sep. 2012, and a copy of it has been posted on Al’s facebook page since the day I forwarded it to him in early Oct. Yet, she has never even looked at it nor has she connected the dots until just after I received my recent response to my FOIA requests. Now, she has confused the narrative with false information and alerted all agencies involved by publishing this info in advance of me obtaining any concrete proof. At this point, because of the way she’s framed the story, I expect to get laughed at for pursuing the info, and to be denied access to any hard copy records that may exist. Not only that, but if she plans to try to use this info in a courtroom, she will be laughed out of there for providing nothing but unsubstantiated speculation. Basically, what she has done here is a real Alinsky style tactic which will make it far more difficult for serious research to be done. The only info obtained thus far, that can be proven, is there was a Harry Bounel born in 1890 Russia who became a US citizen at some point and would have been able to obtain a SS# legally. I have established an indirect connection between the SS# that O is using, and this particular Harry Bounel through my FOIA requests. However, any direct concrete evidence is going to be far more difficult to get now that all agencies are alerted through her blog post and the steel doors will be slammed when requesting info from any CT agency.
