Obama has repeatedly called for changes to federal gun laws, including a renewed ban on guns that critics call assault weapons. An earlier ban expired in 2004, and Obama reiterated his support for a new one in an October debate with Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

He also called for banning inexpensive hand guns during that debate.

No one asked him about it, he just offered it up.

Now people act shocked that he is a gun grabber. Excuse me Mr Obama, but I think the guy that lives in a single wide or the old lady on a fixed pension has as much right to the 2nd amendment as the rich Kenyan on the hill.
