Statists never quit. They do not believe in the rule of law or even respect for their fellow citizens. Winning by any means is ALL that matters. It’s a sick thing, but there it is.

Congress should just go home, and we can then not pay them, their staffs, etc., since we have a Dictaor now who uses Executive Orders, and/or un-elected beaurocrats/regulators to implement HIS Agenda.

There is absolutely zero chance that Axelrod and his ilk would attempt to pass a constitutional amendment. They don’t have anywhere near enough votes, and they know it. Why bother anyway? If they don’t like a law, they’ll use whatever works so long as they get their way. Honorable people try to follow the rules. Honorable people try to play fair. The left isn’t honorable.

Conservatives shouldn’t lose sight of what we’re dealing with. These are the same type of people who murdered millions of their fellow citizens in the 20th century in their mad quest to create a brave new world.

The Obama administration is attempting to bypass Congress and force publicly-traded companies to reveal their political donations through regulation. The Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporate Finance has begun the steps necessary to create a regulation that would in many ways mirror the DISCLOSE Act — a bill Senate Democrats have failed to pass through Congress.
