The author of the article has his head firmly planted in his fourth-point-of-contact. Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid are NOT entitlements. Working people are forced to pay into these programs at the point of a gun. FedGov itself is to blame for the majority of the problems they are experiencing.
If it wasn’t an entitlement, why are they forcing people to pay into it?
They are indeed entitlements. You just don’t want to admit it because you happen to personally like these entitlements.
