This story is not so accurate. They scheduled a conference. That is not the same as saying that they are going to hear the case.
Yes that is what it is...a conference. SCOTUS just does not take a case straight to a hearing...they decide first whether to hear a case
Although this is good news, SCOTUS will probably refuse to hear it...like they do on other cases involving controversial matters.
Note also....that since no case in Obama Eligibility has gone to a full trial with a verdict...any SCOTUS ruling would not prevent any other case to go forward. I doubt SCOTUS would make a ruling on a case that has not even been allowed Discovery yet (ie the real Obama Birth Certificate)
