I got your point: We cannot be certain that a significant number of Republicans in Congress and justices on the Supreme Court wouldn’t give obama most anything he demands — they’ve done so thus far many times (although they threaten a lot!)
Yeah, and not one single citizen/subject/serf will have “standing” to take it to court.
