he admitted to SCOTUS and certain members of congress that he was in fact a bastard, and had no idea who his father really is. The fake BC, IDs, etc. are a way for him to save face and they know it and cover for him.
Entirely possible, and that would make the SCOTUS an accessory to fraud on a grand scale, unmatched in history (that I can think of anyway).
