Why should anyone treat you either respectfully or politely? You refuse to accord anyone who disagrees with your positions with either respect or politeness. In fact, you show neither to ANYONE who disagrees with you.
In fact, you are quite demanding of those who disagree with you, and yet refuse to answer simple questions posed to by those same people.
So tell me, please - why should anyone even think to treat you either respectfully or politely?
