Well, I think it’s an overreach that won’t pass in Congress. But it is just a cover so the Obama administration has cover to do things extra-constitutionally like they’ve done with other things the last four years. If there is a bright spot, precedent is being set, and perhaps the next president will do the same to the Left as Pinochet did to the commies in Chile.
Two wrongs dont make a right. I would not want to a Conservative President to do that to the Left, because then we are no better than they are. IMHO.
