Sibley had subpoena from the National Archives the “Arrival Records” for August 1 through August 10, 1961, of all passengers arriving in Honolulu, Hawaii to see if records existed that Obama and his mother arrived in Hawaii during that time frame. What NARA produced were two microfilm spools of the arrival records for July 28 through August 1, 1961 and August 8 through August 12, 1961. As detailed in the Emergency Motion, the original date on the box of “August 7” has been altered by “white-out” and a new date of “August 1” had been written on the box. Proof of that alteration comes from a photograph of the same box taken nine months earlier which reveals the date was originally “August 7”. Thus, indisputably the box has been tampered with – a criminal offense – to hide the fact that the microfilm for the August 2 through August 7, 1961 arrivals is now missing.

Once original paper records are “safely” transferred to microfilm there is often a protocol to destroy the originals...

IIRC, Beckwith agreed to withdraw links to the family in Blaine when a member of the family contacted him and made a credible case that SADO was not there. Was this family member protesting too much?
IIRC, there was no national healthcare in Canada at the time, so that argument was bogus.
Also, IIRC Canada does not have anchor baby citizenship conferred of foreign nationals temporarily domiciled there.
That said, a Canada birth is possible, but I haven’t seen a single verifiable contemporaneous piece of evidence that supports it.
Analysis of the correction fluid could yield clues.. Correction fluid wasn’t widely used until the late ‘60s..

From what I remember of the story it didn’t say she didn’t know how. She probably didn’t want to and was happy that her friend volunteered. My granddaughters who are about the same age she was in 1961 would let someone else do it too especially if it was a dirty one.
Since the Sandy Berger affair, the National Archives has tightened up their security a lot. They ought to have a record of every person who has accessed that film. People have to get an ID card and go through several layers of security in order to see those kinds of records. WHO has been accessing that box of film between March and December 2012? That’s the timeframe for when the box label was modified. If you read his motion, you’ll see that there’s another problem with the film. All the others have a special indicator for “end of roll.” The roll that SHOULD contain Obama’s birth week doesn’t have that notification. That seems to indicate that the end of the roll was just cut off and the box was relabeled and then they pretended that that week is simply missing.
A helpful rhyme: "I before e except after c and the word sounds like "a" as in neighbor and weigh". Foreign (reign anyway) sounds like "a".
Isn't that just classic, LOL! Now everyone can go back to tracking airport arrivals from Kenya and won't be looking for any other explanation.

No way Jose. Look at the labels, they didn’t make a normal correction, they pulled the oldest forger’s trick in the book, the one that every schoolkid has used at some point: transforming one letter or number into another to disguise what was really written. So, instead of just crossing out the 3 and writing a 1, which would be a normal correction, they erased parts of the 3 and darkened others, to make it look like a 1 and a comma. That’s blatant forgery, and the forgery implies a criminal conspiracy and cover-up.
