I haven’t been able to tolerate Gretchen for a long time. She always butts in with a know it all opinion. There is not a person out here that doesn’t feel horrible for the families of the slain. Overly dramatic presentation like Gretchen does is downright scarey.
The only one left on that show that shows an ounce of brains and stability is Steve Doocey. Gretchen needs to be replaced with a cooler head.

This morning, Gretchen was acting so weird. I will be nice on my part by saying that being forced to cover and dwell on this for so many days could take a toll. That is why the 24/7 everyday coverage is unhealthy and is the likely reason they get so many copycat freaks and phone scare kooks coming out of the woodwork.
You’re right about her behavior. This morning, as she was beginning another CT story, she stopped and heaved a big sigh. I guess she was wondering when the wall-to-wall coverage is going to stop.
Steve Doocy seems to be pretty conservative to me. Today, when Gretchen asked why anyone needed an assault rifle, he asked her if she knew how many murders were committed with rifles. She said no, and he said that in 2011, there were 12,000 murders, only 300 of which were done using a rifle.
