Actually, I found post #16 to be more informative, because it informed me that somewhere on that acre of BS that is her website is a copy of the lien. (I still can't find it, but I'll keep trying, because I'm honestly curious).

I remain sceptical that the IRS has slapped a lien on her simply because of her November 7, 2012 (6:23 PM MST) post. Failing to pay your 2012 taxes is not a "crime" until April 16, 2013. Announcing that you will not pay your 2012 taxes in November of the same year is not a "crime." Increasing the number of the exemptions you claim is not a "crime."

Now, if Barnhardt is self-employed and is required to pay estimated quarterlies, it could conceivably result in a lien. Maybe telling others not to pay their taxes in the future is a criminal act. In both cases, there would be a record of a lien or an arrest.

To answer your question, post #15 was completely insufficient, and smelled of blog-pimping. I asked two questions in my comment #12, and I got links to 8(!) videos. In other words, I got a run-around. Maybe you should start using the portion of your anatomy that is "intellectually enhanced," and begin to understand the difference between an answer, and an answer that is a non-answer.

What you don’t get, and veteran activist conservatives here DO get (that would be people who HAVE fought for conservative values ALL their lives, in the courts and elsewhere against our tyrannical government) is that it is ENTIRELY possible to be federally harrassed under our Dear Leader and his fellow marxist atty general Holder. Electronically, financially, administratively— to mess with one’s business, and one’s banking and ultimately one’s livelihood and stability. There are many here trying to help Ann through our foundations, to fight the criminal enterprise that is this demonrat party and executive. In other words to take action, and not run our mouths.

The creation and success of her company and the recent events of her company’s (and client’s) interactions with MF Global and the criminal actions of Corzine have been discussed on FR for quite a while. You are not informed on this individual, and so far, in your studious ignorance you have contributed little substantively other than pedestrian posting about IRS tax regs/ procedure and filings: armchair law dog fluff. We’re way beyond that.

Agree- you should take that definition up with the Moderator, and ask about long standing posting rules, to determine if you deserve any courtesy from your postings. Deo Vindice. Ask Him.
