What caused such a physical change from the emaciated looking skinny high school kid to the chunky 20 year old with tattoos?

Is there a photo of him with tatoos and looking heavier? I missed it- do you have a link?

I saw that photo somewhere this morning. It didn’t even look like the same person.

I know that they sometimes gain weight if they get off some of those meds.
