Gun control isn't about putting an end to horrors, it's about controlling people. And people who are used to being controlled have even less ability to cope with the uncontrolled and the uncontrollable.

This reminds me of those Wyoming college students who ran and hid when their instructor was attacked.

Hear that.

What’s at once rather droll and also appalling is that we now have cities of millions of people whose response to violence and spreading chaos will be, literally and figuratively, to run and hide in the bathroom.

This is why we see media figures and rich leftists and so many politicians beg and plead for more gun control, more welfare spending and more preferential treatment for “minorites,” for the “poor” and for the worthless in general: not because they sympathize with them but because they are scared s-—less of the carnage to come.
