How many union presidents are not fat-cat millionaires and billionaires?
Why don't they just call it what it is, "protection money?"
THIS IS GREAT NEWS! Thanks for sharing!
This is perhaps the best news for Michigan since my lifetime (and I’m 50!)
Look at WI to see how many continue to pay union dues when they’re no longer forced to. If panic hasn’t set in yet around the offices of the MI union thugs it soon will.
Right to Work - end Union Slavery!
It is comical seeing the “pro-choice” crowd admitting that they are anti choice!
Rank and file teachers may not go on a screed against this..
You see they got a choice of retirement type plans recently.
My education gnome tells me his wife chose the 401k/403b option over the traditional that was frozen because it was too juicy not to.
They are no longer beholden to the Union Pensions, they are free.....
Not to worry - they’ll get some RAT judge out of bed and block this. Anyone want to take the opposite side of that bet?
The destruction of unions should be one of every conservatives’ top priorities. Eliminate the mind-control influence of unions over workers and you may have an outside shot at rational thinking taking place at the polls.
You also have an outside shot at America being competitive in the world once again.
A silver lining appears on a very cloudy day.
Godspeed, Michigan!
This story is great news of course. But so shocking. Who would have ever thought it would be possible in Michigan of all places,a state so heavily blue and union?
There is NO HOPE here in CA. Prop 32 wnt down in flames. Public employee unions are bankrupting the state. The voters are clueless drones.
UAW <-—HAHAHAHAHA!
” Voters rejected the constitutional amendment change by a margin of 57 percent against to 43 percent in favor.”
The final vote tally on prop 2 was 63 - 37%.
WOOOOOHOOOOOO! Thanks for the post; ping. HOORAY Rick Snyder and Republicans in the legislature! Something I never thought I would see in my lifetime.
GRRRRRRREAT news BUMP!
Good for Michigan. They are probably getting tired of the South opening up billion dollar factories and the workers getting the same pay and benefits.
