Since I lost my gall bladder, I cannot eat any fast food. Grease goes through me like water through a fire hose. I have a 12-minute window from eating corned beef hash to really, really needing to be in the bathroom. Makes me healthier, I guess.

I had my gall bladder out several years ago and didn't change my diet in the slightest, including occasional fast foods. Maybe your problem is not your lack of gall bladder...
