To: Uncle Miltie

We spent billions, locked up millions and lost the 4th amendment. The result - pot is cheaper, more potent and even easier to get than it was in 1974 when I was in HS. Why can you not see this for the wonderful “for the children” program it is? (do I need a sarcasm tag?)

Booze prohibitionists, as misguided as they were, realized that they needed a Constitutional amendment to ban booze. Drug prohibitionists are either too stupid to realize it, or too !@#$%^ lazy to do it.
