There will be no need for secession when the US Govt collapses under its debt. When the states have to fend for themselves because they have no choice, when the Fed Govt can’t afford basic services, including paying for a standing army, then it will be a moot point. Hopefully some states will be strong enough to survive on their own.
I believe that situation is inevitable, especially with our new penchant for socialism and hyper-debt.
Asking for a recount more of a waste of time than secession. It is more of a fantasy to think that the other side will “play nice” than it is to think that well-meaning people will come to the point that the only option is to dissolve the union.
A new Revolution committed to the principles of the first Revolution is what is really needed. Talk of secession and election do-overs is futile.

Polls indicated that Romney was going to win the election. The economy is close to Great Depression era conditions, and unemployment is almost as high as when Obama entered office. Economic conditions became so dire after Obama took office it prompted the rise of an entire new movement, the Tea Party.
