You should be able to freeze them and frozen foods keep indefinitely. We always froze our Ding Dongs and similar snack cakes out of preference.
People freeze slices of wedding cake after all, right?

Probably quite a long time if you freeze them so they don’t crush and then move them to Foodsaver bags.
