A better step would be to unilaterally assert their 10th Amendment rights, and see what happens.

secession deflects the argument and gives the feds an excuse to invade militarily.

I’m seeing the 10th Amendment movement starting to explode and more Governors dusting off their Bill of Rights.

I think most of the secession talk is a product of people’s frustration and wanting to do SOMETHING without really knowing what.

Invade Texas militarily? Hows that working for our Military in Afghanistan? You do know that Texas is bigger than Afghanistan... Right? 250k sq/miles vs 268k sq/miles(according to a quick google search).

I'm betting Texas is better armed too.
