It is, but if you want to be heard by the ducks, quacking won't turn them off as much as uttering the word "communism."

There is a large percentage of voters who are too young to know what the USSR or Warsaw Pact was, or even why socialism is bad. They just cannot fathom it. But they can understand clipped wings, sloth and greed.
