Well Duhhhh! The root definition of citizenship is membership in the polity of a city; civilization is the culture of cities; cities are the artifacts of human culture; so civilization, cities, and citizenship are inherently artificial constructs. Citizenship and civilization are the artificial constructs created by humans to improve upon the natural state of bestial forms of anarchy and death. Being opposed to citizenship is one of the hallmark goals of Communism and those who seek a one world government led by totalitarian tyrants.
