That this is a wonderfully creative idea and a refreshing surprise -from a usually inefficient federal government is self- evident.
As if this is a surprise... they've been drooling at the bit to lock certain people up for years. Wilson and FDR did it, why would anyone be surprised. The camps are in place and ready to go (some appear to be urban legends, however, there are plenty that are not).
