This is a great idea. Those former employees can now join the Democrat party base in the welfare / food stamp lines.
Not if they're white males. There is no safety net for white men. Plus, white men have to show their previous years net income. If it's "too high", they'll have to wait at least a year before they can try again (and then get rejected for not being a minority victim).
