It may already be too late to hide our IRAs and bank accounts. There may not be a lot of time left to prep-up, so there is no time like today.
When the retributions begin, hopefully Perry and Abbott will take a stand and many of us will be with them.
We patriotic Texans have to also recognize that 40+% in Texas voted against America yesterday, most of them are just liking the candy handouts, but some will work against any patroitic stand Texas takes.
Watering holes like FR may turn into traps. Just like bragging about having guns, ammo or gold, we patriots should tread lightly from this point onward. To quote an old but correct (at least on this point) progressive, “Talk softly and carry a big stick”.
From November 6 onward our path turned more rocky and upward. Patriotism just got more difficult, but like the winter in Valley Forge we must persevere.

This is a very very important point that I tried to also make
in a post last night. Even without an amnesty in Obama’s 2nd
term, the current resident illegals in Texas will prolly be
made voters somehow in the next 20 years. By then Texas, as
a reliably red state will be lost. The demographics will
have overwhelmed Texas like fire ants on a toad. We will
never again be able to elect a Caucasian to Governor or
other high state office. The ONLY elected offices we will
still have is in “pockets” of wealthy suburbs. Its a slow
“death by inches” descent into a California style hell for
us now.
Only an independent and sovereign Texas, that could enact
its own immigration laws, could stop this demographic
defeat. And even then it might only be a delaying tactic.
The current resident illegals would HAVE to be removed BY
FORCE and it would HAVE to start very soon. Rick Perry is NOT the man to do any of this. He is in the pocket of very
wealthy interests who profit greatly from cheap illegal
labor.
On its current path I see NO hope for Texas.
