And most people have no idea how strikeouts work. Legal minds do but the average person has not a clue. SAD was not a lawyer.
Take a look at the document. An official has to attest to witnessing SADOS having signed the statement, an official who would know exactly how strikeout works (if competent) because that is the point of the entire paragraph...to have the person swear to everything that was not struck out!
