Percy Sutton was perfectly placed to access funds for zero when they were needed, his video telling us the money came from a Saudi prince via a wealthy muslim convert who was originally a founding member of the Black Panthers, might well have been a cover for Percy's own involvement. Told you, he was a clever man...
