I don’t have a sense that Percy was anything but a very good lawyer...and a very clever man. He ended up at one time on the board of the Africa-America Institute, which was funded by The Rockefeller Brothers Trust, he travelled all over Africa. The Africa-America Institute was shown as one of the sponsors of the Kenyan student Barack Obama, on his immigration docs.
Pity the newsletters of the Institute appear to have been removed from the web recently. At one time Betty Shabazz was also part of the Institute. It’s a very small world.
Thanks for more info. But even if he personally wasn’t a rabid racist, he certainly served that cause, it seems. Including black Moslems.
