In a word, IMPOSSIBLE. I'll repeat myself: You don't know who his mother and father were. You don't know when he was born. You don't know where he was born.
How-ever, one thing does appear to be becoming apparent: there was a child born in Hawaii named Barack Hussein Obama 11, probably in January 1961 and that child wasn't zero. The name of the dark boy's father is correct, but all we know about his mother is that her name was either ANN or ANNA OBAMA, and she was enrolled at the University of Hawaii for Fall, 1960.
That dark child, so evidently older than zero, next shows up with his father, Ruth and their son Mark in 1965/66 IN KENYA, when he's five or six years old:
