That is Ruth Baker Obama, out on the town in Nairobi taken either in the fall of 1964 either shortly before or after they were “married” or in the winter or spring of 1965 before she got pregnant with Mark mid-year, IIRC.
Maraniss says they partied hard all the time...at the same time that the Mal-Val narrative has Ruth baby-sitting the “real BHO II,” the future Roman Obama.
Does that woman look like she is doing a lot of baby-sitting?
Maraniss records Ruth as telling him that she had no interest in children and was horrified when she got pregnant. But that is all in the Mal-Val thread.

Whether born secretly in Kenya (as I suspect) or wherever you believe Sarruf to have popped him out, Barry doesn’t seem to qualify for attention from FMD’s organization.

She said there were so many, sometimes she didn't know their names when she passed them in the corridor in the morning. It seems they came and went like ferals. Even Kezia sent her brood to be looked after by Ruth and her husband. What's one more? It was Malik who said he remembers playing with Barack when they were boys. Just where might that have been? It had to be either at Ruth's or in the village.

That he couldn't rustle up some dependants, a wife if needed, and maybe lodge some opportune newspaper announcements? I doubt they were being threatened with deportation for being communist, they were being threatened FOR BEING FOREIGN BORN. Illegals, in other words. But give them a wife and baby and Bob's your Uncle. How about a marriage? No biggie. You can always get a divorce later. How naive are you?

Interesting that someone would wear dark glasses in side, seems to indicate she wanted to remain more or less anonymous.

FMD was up to his eyeballs in FBI surveillance and was hauled before the House Un-American Activities Committee in the early 1950’s, IIRC. I don’t think he would dare to undertake that kind of felony activity and put his debauched life that he enjoyed so much at risk!

There were only two at that time. Auma was in boarding school the whole time, IIRC. So only one son, Malik, was in the home, IIRC.
I believe that Maraniss said that he was the only author that got any significant interview time with Ruth and she did not give him the description that you recount of their home being overrun, from what I remember reading that section of the book before I returned it.
The way Ruth described it, the first year it was party hearty, dancing and drinking almost every night.

The Mal-Val narrative posits that a half-Filipino child of BHO Sr who was originally named BHO II and pictured as “the dark boy” in the picture actually of Mark and David (having zero Asian features)...was brought to Kenya in August 1964 by BHO Sr. to be raised by party-girl Ruth Baker as though he was her own...on top of Kezia’s children.
The additional family members pile into the home, or at least the servant quarters beginning in 1967, three years later at the same time that Maraniss reports that baby David was born.
The Mal-Val narrative demands belief that on top of all of the BHO family members in the home reported by Jacobs and Maraniss, there is also the “real” BHO II (who supposedly grew up to be very dark, very African, not a trace Asian/Filipina Roman Obama of Ghana!). And yet, neither Maraniss nor Jabobs make any mention of any such boy in the Obama home. They affirm Mark and David born in 1965 and 1967, IIRC.
This "real BHO II" who grows up to be Roman Obama in the Mal-Val narrative is supposedly the baby reported in the HI newspapers as being born to a wife of BHO Sr. living at the same address as Stanley Ann's parents...at the same time that the INS FIOA docs report that Stanley Ann is living there pregnant with another baby of BHO Sr. What an amazing coincidence that would be, if true (not). There isn't a trace of evidence of a marriage or even a relationship of BHO Sr. to a Filipina, not a trace of evidence of a birth in HI or anywhere of a baby parented by these two, no trace of any baby “real BHO II” first going to Seattle to be babysat by Mary Toutonghi and then spirited out of the US to Kenya in 1964, no evidence of this baby being raised in Kenya, no evidence he became Roman Obama in Moscow and Ghana. Isn't it time to admit that the Mal-Val narrative is a huge hoax and trolling episode designed to real in only the most gullible credulous FReepers...and succeeding?
But it has the best dramatic narrative. It's like a trashy airplane novel. Exotic locations, colorful characters, a vast conspiracy, what more could you want?
