I find myself dropping a lot of my life long friends due to politics. I get so angry when they start spouting all the talking points of the left that it's not good for my blood pressure.

I can't believe politics can ruin friendships but it has. I don't bother anymore talking with them... so sad.Has anyone else experienced this or am I just crazy?

.
I am no longer on speaking terms with a cousin that had been like my “Big Sis” for the last 68 years. She’s in-the-tank for all the freebies she can get.

No, it’s not just you. And the hardest part is that there is no conversation, no back and forth, no thought process. Just point A, point B, etc... and if you even show hard evidence of how they are wrong, it’s like the brain just hits ‘reset’ and they start over again. It’s actually odd.
