Actually, you can reasonably infer he wants the faithful not to vote for Obama/Biden.

Other than that, they could vote for Romney/Ryan, for some other candidate on the ballot, for a write-in, or skip the top of the ticket.

NOT voting to promote abortion, sodomy/pseudogamy, etc. is a moral requirement. Who you do vote for (if anybody) is a prudential judgment.

We were with Archbishop Chaput today.He said clearly it would be a sin not to vote in this election and it would be a serious sin to vote against the commandments of God.I shook his hand.:)
