I can see that happening. I also think that Obama wouldn’t mind losing.He is lazy and narcissistic, and making $250,000 a pop speeches before adoring crowds, pontificating endlessly, and being an icon in Liberal Land may be very appealing. That’s the problem with former DemocRAT presidents. They tend to live forever and spend the rest of their lives making quarter of a million dollar speeches trying to change history and build their legacy. Carter and Clinton. Presidents like Bush hang around airports welcoming the returning troops home.

Worse than most think. WW ran for reelection on the “He kept us out of war” slogan, knowing full well that war with Germany was inevitable. TR was telling everyone that we were going to go in and that it was better to go in now and get it over with than to wait while tens of thousands of young French, British, German, etc men were slaughtered. TR was right; WW asked for a war declaration just months after being elected and tens of thousands died and the war drug on.

In other words, this really was a case of WW lied and tens of thousands died.

Not to mention he helped set the stage fro WW II.
