Yes, I am still a bit surprised that so many here think of Glenn Beck as some sort of quack. He continues to provide breaking information (you know real news like the MSM used to do) and is proven true again and again. It seems not to matter to some her though.
Not really sure why they take this stand - maybe Rush only fans? Nah, just still trying to throw off the shackles of the MSM I’d guess.
Do you take the same attitude toward PJM? After all, they have also broken news that fails to register in the MSM.
I really think that the media’s previous attitude about Glenn has some residual effect and continues to poison the biosphere.
BlazeTV is pioneering its way into the media and you would be wise to pay attention rather.
At the end of Beck’s time at Fox I thought he got really weird...very dark and strange sort of like the guy in the movie Network.
I have Dish TV and they offered The Blaze free for 2 weeks in September so I started watching it and I found a very different Beck. Not as funny as he was on the radio 10 years ago but not dark and weird either.
He has said a few kind of cryptic things about Fox in passing which makes me think his time there was not very happy for him and might account for my view of him at the time.
But I like The Blaze and had it put on my regular tier. It is so nice not to have to always listen to Liberals shouting down all other conversation like what happens constantly on Fox. I still watch Fox but I’m pleased with The Blaze and I think as time goes on it will get better and better.
Glenn is a modern day prophet yelling into the wilderness. He has many good people who have blazed a way for him to “go into that dark night”.
People, who think Glenn is a quack, are just simple people who find it uncomfortable to be intellectually curious about huge issues.
People who are comfortable with the activity of thinking- may or may not agree with him, but they don’t foam at the mouth.
It really is just that simple.
JMHO, but I think most of those here who dislike Beck take issue with his religion and, as a result, are dismissive or critical of him.
The rest, imo, may be our big tent rhino’s.
